Shah

Rizwan Shah, M.D.

Medical Director

A board-certified neurologist, Dr. Shah has served as medical director at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington since 1996. He graduated in 1984 from DOW Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, with a medical degree. Dr. Shah completed his residency in neurology in 1994 at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and his fellowship in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1996.

Ables

Sandra Ables

Director of Case Management

Sandra has been employed at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington for eight years. She graduated from North Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in social work in 1983 and in 2000 received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from DeVry Institute of Technology. She has worked in various areas including Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Women's Shelter, community center and skilled nursing facilities.

Clark

Lee Clark

Director of Plant Operations

Lee has more than 20 years healthcare facility management experience with 10 years of that time being at HealthSouth Arlington. He has also served as the representative for all the region’s specialty hospitals in disaster preparedness.

Dickerson

Katherine Dickerson

Chief Financial Officer/Controller

Katherine joined the team as chief financial officer in June 2008. She is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southwestern Adventist University. Katherine has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and administration.

Harris

Kelly Harris

Director, Business Development

As the director of marketing operations, Kelly brings more than 15 years of accomplished healthcare marketing and management experience to HealthSouth. Although he has lived in several areas of the country, Kelly has called Dallas/Fort Worth home since 1995. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications and an associate degree in pharmacology.

Hinds

Jennifer Hinds

Director of Therapy Operations

Jennifer serves as director of therapy operations at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington. Prior to joining the HealthSouth team, she was a multi-site director of rehabilitation for Peoplefirst Rehab, which is a division of Kindred Healthcare. Before moving to Texas, Jennifer worked as an occupational therapist at Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma on both their rehabilitation and behavioral health units. She graduated from Cameron University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in biology and then from Texas Woman’s University in 2001 with a master's degree in occupational therapy.

Carolyn Kiles

Director of Pharmacy

Carolyn serves as the director of pharmacy and oversees the safe, effective and accurate use of medications in our hospital. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and has been with HealthSouth since 2000. Carolyn has more than 25 years of hospital and long-term care pharmacy experience as a clinician, consultant, manager, educator, regulator and author.

Nancy Rosiles

Director of Human Resources

Nancy began working for HealthSouth in November 1999 and has more than 20 years working experience in the human resources field. Nancy has lived in Arlington all her life and has two children and two grandchildren.

Runnells

Donna Runnels

Director of Quality and Patient Safety

Donna transitioned to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington from HCA North Texas Division acute care hospital system after nearly a decade of service. She has 14 years of experience in data management, patient safety, quality improvement methodologies, and project management. Donna has worked as an outcomes data manager at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth for eight years with the responsibility of managing performance improvement data management processes while actively promoting excellence in core measures, patient safety, patient outcomes and the prevention of hospital acquired conditions. She has an extensive background in quality management and performance improvement. Donna earned a degree in healthcare administration with a focus on management. She currently serves as a board member for the Dallas/Fort Worth and North Texas Associations of Healthcare Quality.
