Jessica M. Knox, MHA
Chief Executive Officer

Jessica Knox serves as the hospital’s chief executive officer. She received her bachelor’s degree in business from Texas Christian University and her master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a standing member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has more than seven years experience as a healthcare administrator in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Jessica is a recent addition to HealthSouth, joining the hospital’s team in June of 2007.


Dr. S. Rizwan Shah
Medical Director
Dr. Shah, a board-certified neurologist, is the medical director at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington. He graduated in 1984 from DOW Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, with a medical degree. Dr. Shah completed his residency in neurology in 1994 at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and his fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology and Epilepsy at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1996. He has been a part of the HealthSouth team since 1996.

Gloria Meza, RN, MSN, MHA Gloria Meza, RN, MSN, MHA
Chief Nursing Officer
Gloria D. Meza is the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington, Texas. Gloria’s tenure at Arlington’s facility started in 2003 as a Charge RN then ultimately to the facility’s Nurse Manager position in 2005. After a 15 month leave from HealthSouth, Gloria continued on her academic journey, seeking yet another master's degree. At this time, Gloria has a master’s degree in Nursing Administration from Texas A & M University in Corpus Christi, Texas and a masters' degree in Health Care Administration from University of Texas at Arlington, Texas. Gloria’s interests include reading, sewing, catching big fish, billiards, bowling and most importantly, spending quality time with her 6 year old granddaughter.

Melissa Higgins, PT
Director of Therapy Operations
Melissa graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and has been employed by HealthSouth since 2000. As the director of therapy operations, her primary responsibility is to make sure the clinicians have the tools and resources to provide exceptional, quality care to the patients they serve.

Kelly Harris
Director of Marketing Operations
As the director of marketing operations, Kelly brings more than 15 years of accomplished healthcare marketing and management experience to HealthSouth. His positive “can do” attitude and desire for excellence attributes to his successful team building and mentoring skills as well as his many steadfast achievements. Although he has lived in several areas of the country, Kelly has called Dallas/Fort Worth home since 1995. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in marketing/communications and an associate degree in pharmacology.

Kathy Dickerson, CPA
Controller
Katherine Dickerson joined the team as chief financial officer in June of 2008. She is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southwestern Adventist University. Katherine has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and administration.

Tracy Morin, RN Tracy Morin, RN
Director of Quality and Risk Management
Tracy Morin is a registered nurse with more than 15 years experience in the healthcare field. She came to HealthSouth in August of 2007 and was promoted to her current position in the latter part of February 2008. Tracy has experience in a number of healthcare settings including med-surg, new born nursery, acute care pediatrics, long term care, LTACH, and Home Health. She has held roles as weekend supervisor, director of nursing, assistant director of nursing, MDS coordinator, as well as staff and charge nurse positions.  Originally from Southern California, Tracy has made Texas home for many years and currently resides in Arlington with her husband, Mick. She has two children who are active in volleyball, track, basketball, and gymnastics.

Carolyn C. Kiles, R.Ph., F.A.S.C.P.
Director of Pharmacy
Carolyn Kiles serves as the director of pharmacy and oversees the safe, effective and accurate use of medications in our hospital. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and has been with HealthSouth since 2000. Carolyn has more than 25 years of hospital and long-term care pharmacy experience as a clinician, consultant, manager, educator, regulator and author.

Lee Clark
Director of Plant Operations
Lee Clark  services as the director of plant operations for HealthSouth Arlington. He has more than 20 years healthcare facility management experience with 10 years of that time being here at HealthSouth. He has also served as the representative for all the region’s specialty hospitals in disaster preparedness.

Nancy Rosiles
Human Resources Coordinator
Nancy Rosiles serves as the human resources coordinator for HealthSouth Arlington. She began working for HealthSouth in November 1999 and has more than 20 years working experience in the human resources field. She enjoys meeting new employees and working to help meet their needs. Nancy has lived in Arlington all her life has two children and two grandchildren, who are the joy of her life.

Sharinecia Davis
Medical Staff Credentialing Supervisor
Sharinecia Davis serves as the hospital’s medical staff credentialing supervisor/ executive assistant to the CEO. She attended Texarkana Community College and North Texas State University. She has more than 20 years of credentialing experience and has been a part of the HealthSouth team since 1999.
